Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Emes Shop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items with all original tags attached in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
